Design is about to take an unexpected turn.
We invite you to SURFACE, an immersive evening where the worlds of interior design, material and fashion come together in an entirely new way.
For one night, the materials traditionally used to create extraordinary interiors will leave the walls and floors—and take center stage.
And members of our own design community become the models.
Tile and mosaic become the fashion.
Carpet becomes the runway.
Plumbing becomes sculpture.
And members of our own design community become the models.
THE EXPERIENCE
SURFACE isn't a traditional fashion show.
Interior designers, architects, builders and other familiar faces from Southwest Florida's design community will walk an interactive runway showcasing unexpected pieces created by GCFlooring from tile and mosaic—worn, carried and reimagined as fashion-inspired statements.
The experience continues beyond the runway.
STARK will bring design underfoot with the carpeted runway itself, while Maison & Co. will frame the experience with sculptural presentations of luxury plumbing and fixtures.
Throughout the evening, additional partners from the worlds of art, jewelry, design and lifestyle will add another layer to the experience.
Add cocktails, delicious food, music and a few surprises, and SURFACE becomes something more than a runway show.
It's a celebration of the creative community behind the spaces we live in.

SURFACE is also an evening designed to give back.
A silent auction, along with ticket proceeds, will benefit STARability Foundation, supporting the important work they do within our community.

A special guest. An extraordinary artist. A celebration of creativity.
We are thrilled to welcome acclaimed New York mosaic artist Allison Eden, who will be traveling from New York to join us for SURFACE: Where Design Takes the Runway! Known for her vibrant colors, imaginative designs, and extraordinary handcrafted glass mosaics, Allison has spent more than three decades transforming ordinary surfaces into remarkable works of art. Her creations can be found in stunning residential and commercial spaces around the world. Guests at SURFACE will enjoy an exclusive preview of select pieces from her collection as we celebrate the exciting arrival of Allison Eden Studios at GCFlooring.

Mimosas & Mosaics, an intimate opportunity to meet Allison in person, discover her collection, and explore the endless possibilities of custom mosaic artistry.
